Vahan Artsruni is one of the leading composers in Armenia. Artsruni has established his own system of cultural values, staying true to the traditions of Armenian music, combining the means of expression of the national, academic and modern music. Artsruni composes in various styles of music - from chamber music to rock music, from electronic music to symphonic and choral music). He performs with different concert programmes, both in Armenia and abroad, composes music for films, theatre performances and art exhibitions.
Vahan Artsruni is also known for his music composed for films, animations, theatre and for the art performances. Artsruni has composed soundtracks for over 14 films, music for pantomime theatre performance ("GirqTsakhkats"), ballet ("Nerdurs") and for many other projects (Chemical Rain, Chsertats daser, SIMULACRUM). The music of Vahan Artsruni has been performed for over 30 years, broadcasted both by radio and TV, he ahs been awarded national and international awards and he is highly valued by the national and foreign professional musicians and media.
